Shooting Straight Radio
Welcome to Shooting Straight Radio podcast!! This program (formerly known as "Shooting Straight Radio Show" on WMMB and iHeartRADIO) is all about firearms, the 2nd Amendment, and all things pertaining thereto. It is hosted by Royce, a veritable super-spreader of Constitutional propriety as well as a firearms instructor with multiple certifications, including endorsement by the National Association of Chiefs of Police as a defensive pistol instructor. It has been said that he is saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint, yet wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of his people (Hoppe's #9) as he delivers his unexpurgated commentary on all things firearm and 2nd Amendment-related with 100% felt recoil and no suppressor. As an Ultra-Type-A personality, he is exceedingly generous (and sometimes comically brutal) with his opinions and doesn't mince words. A staunch Constitutionalist, he calls out infringements when and where he sees them. Royce is often joined on the program by special guests like Dale Comstock (DELTA Force), John Rea (SEAL Team 6), Max Mullen (Army Ranger), Quentin Carter (a.k.a. "Q"), Gary O'Neal (American Warrior), Boon Benton (USMC, Benghazi warrior), Sarah "Superbad" Adams (CIA Target Analyst), Col. Danny McKnight (Black Hawk Down), Izzy Matos (USMC combat vet), Ash Hess (U.S. Army combat veteran and instructor extraordinaire), Massad Ayoob, Hank Hayes (Professor Emeritus of Badassology), Spike Cohen (spikecohen.com), ATF whistleblower Peter Forcelli, Erich Pratt and Luis Valdes of GOA, and many more. So tune in to Shooting Straight (a.k.a. 2nd Amendment University) and share it around with your fellow Constitutionalists. Keep your head on a swivel, keep a loaded gun on your person (and spare mags), and never forget that incoming rounds always have the right-of-way.

This is all about firearms with a heavy, heavy emphasis on the Second Amendment and all things
pertaining thereto. I am Royce, your oh-so-cute, cuddly, huggable, lovable,
squeezable host, still saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity,
and a faint yet... Oh, so wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of my people.
And that would be hops number nine. Absolutely. If you want to reach out to me, I answer very
quickly, including the hate mail, which I'm going to read some of in a few minutes, shooting
straight radio podcast at gmail.com or shooting straight radio show at gmail.com.
And I usually get back to you within the hour. Most, most of the time, a lot quicker than that.
All right. Also, all the links to all my sponsors are on each episode page.
Click on the link and check out their goods and services, and make sure you tell them you heard
about them on the Shooting Straight Radio podcast. Now, I received some flack from a few people,
a couple of them apparently police officers, in response to the last episode, and I had a feeling
that I would. And I can tell you with 100% certainty, that I will not be retracting a single word
of what I said. I meant what I said, and I said what I meant. You can just take that to the bank.
I have no reason to retract what I said. Everything I said was in defense of the Constitution,
not in defense of a particular profession. Any profession that runs afoul of the Constitution is
going to hear from me. I have that right. I have every right in the world to criticize any
profession that begins to infringe on the rights of the people with or without violence.
All right. So just a few excerpts from some of the hate mail. This is from a police officer in
Massachusetts. I'm not going to say his name or he didn't give me much information beyond that.
He just gave me his last name and I'll leave it at that. He's a police officer. He said, you hide
behind your microphone like a little biatch and criticize the people that keep you safe.
That was just part of what he said. Really? You don't get to enforce gun control laws and claim
that you're keeping people safe. And no, I don't hide behind anything, sir,
including constitutionally dyslexic police officers. I keep myself safe. by keeping and bearing
arms. And you, sir, are infringing that right by enforcing Massachusetts gun control laws.
Yes, I defend the right. You assail the right. Yeah, that's just the bottom line,
sir. So that's a right that I exercise that you and your fellow boys and girls in blue willingly,
daily, infringe on behalf of your state masters. That's what you do,
and that's why you're mad. That's why what I said hit your nerves. Here's another one.
I don't know if it's from a police officer or who. Blank you, you cop hatting,
H-A-T-T-I-N-G, piece, P-E-A-C-E,
you cop hatting piece of effing excrement. F your shitty podcast too.
Your shitey, I'm sorry, your shitey podcast. S-H-I-T-Y. Okay,
I should take that for what it's worth. Obviously, you failed maybe even remedial English and your
spelling and your grammar were atrocious. And this obviously comes from somebody who either is a
police officer or loves to lick the boots of police officers. And as apparently...
Diminished cranial capacity. Yeah. Here's another one from another police officer in New Jersey.
Until you've done what we do, you have no right to talk shite about us.
We're doing the job we were hired to do. Mm-hmm. Yes,
I sure as heck do have the right to criticize what you do. And so do the citizens of your state,
sir. Because money is taken from them to pay you, and you are taking that money,
and you're not upholding and defending the Constitution like you took an oath to do, and you are
violating their rights by enforcing New Jersey gun control. Okay?
That's what you are doing. Your actions. have a direct negative effect on the free exercise of the
rights and the safety, the real safety, of the people in your state, and you are part of that
infringement. Here's a question for you, sir. Were you hired to...
the rights of your fellow citizens? I mean, you're just saying we're doing the job we were hired to
do. Were you hired to infringe the rights of your fellow citizens? No, and you took an oath to not
do so. Yeah, you took an oath to not do so by allegedly raising your hand and swearing that you
would uphold and defend the supreme law. Because that's exactly what you're doing there in your
home state, sir. You're attacking the people's rights from whom money is taken to pay you your
salary. That is what you are doing. That, if you had listened to the entirety of what I said word
for word, you'd have understood what I was saying. But you are bolstering.
my case. You are absolutely augmenting everything that I said with the things that you told me in
this little letter of yours, an email of yours. Yeah. I've got a few things I'd like to say back to
you, but you know what? I'm going to maintain decorum here. I'm just, again, suffice it to be
repeated. I am not retracting a single word of what I said.
And if you think that makes me a cop hatting piece of crap or anything like that.
Or you think I'm going to go join BLM or something like that.
Well, you're just, you're not even trying to listen to what I said. I said what I said for a
reason, and I tell you what, I've got overwhelmingly much heavier feedback from people going,
yeah, man, that was a great program, but you make sense. I didn't memorize everything people wrote
me, but they were overwhelmingly in support of what I said, especially people in the communist
-occupied territories.
Let's get away from that for a minute. And speaking of communists in the communist-occupied
territories that are also filled with Islamofascists, and by the way, they are not even hiding it
anymore. They are standing on our streets saying that they are going to take down the United
States. I don't understand why they haven't been scooped up and charged with sedition and treason
and everything else. They are actively waging war against us. They're declaring it on video.
There's video evidence of these people saying this. So I don't know how much more serious you would
need to take them than simply at their word, okay? Like I said, they're not even doing it behind
the scenes anymore. They're not hiding it. And there's been a lot of attacks. going on in this
country recently. A lot of them are increasing against Jews and against Christians and against
American conservatives. And these people are being, a lot of them are being attacked by lone
assailants, some of them by swarms of assailants. And I want to know, are you ready to defend
yourself against that kind of a threat? Because it is not just coming, people. It's already here in
multiple states. You just go ahead and grasp this right now and everything that I'm saying.
So in light of everything that we're seeing, it's time to ask yourself some questions. And here's
the first one. Excuse me. Am I carrying enough gun and enough ammo to counter these potential
threats? Well, they're not potential anymore. They're boldly on display.
Do you have enough gun? Do you carry enough ammo? I'm not talking about your 5-shot .38 Special or
your 6-shot .380 or your 10-shot .22. I'm talking about,
do you carry enough gun to shut down threats that has the power to shut down threats if,
of course, you direct its energy responsibly? Are you carrying that? Because if you're not,
now, right now is the time to start thinking about heading down to your local gun store. preferably
the ones who sponsor this program if you live in the Brevard County area. Get on down there and you
start looking for a new piece. All right, I'm going to give you some recommendations because I got
an email like two weeks ago that I keep forgetting to answer. I'm going to in this episode,
matter of fact, in a minute. So are you carrying enough gun? Are you carrying enough ammo? How much
is enough ammo? That's a great question. Error on the side of caution.
There's no such thing as having too much ammo. Nobody's ever gotten a gunfight,
and on the other side of it, you know what, I got a lot of ammo left in my magazine here. I'm going
to get something smaller. No one has ever said that. Nobody ever will. There's been plenty of
people who've gotten to gunfights, including some police officers. And at the end of the gunfight,
they were thinking, my goodness, I was down to like two or three rounds and I was just about to
soil my britches because I didn't know what I was going to do after that. Thankfully, the gunfight
ended. And those people to this day carry a lot more ammo than they used to.
Secondly, ask yourself, do I have the skills to use my carry gun against these threats that we are
seeing? Number one, the best way to keep yourself from being victimized is to keep your freaking
head on a swivel. Some of these attacks where the fathers are getting knocked out cold on the
sidewalk while they're carrying their daughter on their shoulders.
I'm sorry, dads. You should be watching everybody around you at all times.
Period. A couple of these guys struck from the side where his peripheral vision should have been
able to pick something up. But you never, ever assume that anybody walking by you is not a threat,
especially from what we're seeing right now. You be ready for it. Vigilance is the first step in
your personal defense and the defense of your family. But if you do have to use it,
do you have the skills to use? your gun and use it to where you know that if you had to pull it out
and you had to aim it at another human being that you would hit them. where you needed to hit them
to shut the threat down. Because if you are not sure of that, your butt needs to get some training,
and you need to go to shootingclasses.com, one of the sponsors of this program, and get hooked up
with some of those people that are doing the training. Yes, I've got some classes coming up here in
Brevard County, probably going to be in the MEMS area, and I'll be announcing those later after we
get them formed. But it's going to be in an outdoor range where I'd much rather train anyway.
Because most of the defensive gun uses while you're outside the door of your home are going to be
in an outside setting. Of course, they could be inside like a restaurant, something like that.
But here's my recommendations. Number one, regardless of what you do carry,
make sure you carry at a minimum two extra mags. Two. I don't care what the capacity is,
carry at least two extra mags. Don't sit there and think, well, I'm not sure I'm going to need
that. You don't get to decide the necessity of what you're going to need when the time comes.
You don't know. Well, I'm pretty good shot. It usually just takes one. Bull fertilizer.
I've had some of y'all in my classes, and you think you're a little... johnny badass with your
little five shot 38 and your little snubby uh uh 380 and things like that And you couldn't hit the
broad side of a barn. Yeah, your shots are all over the place. Some of them missed the silhouette
portion of the target completely. And now you've got double liability because now you've got a
loose round flying down the street and you have no idea where it's going to go. You need to train.
Train, train, train. Royce, you'll always say that. Yes, because I always mean it. You need to
train. You can train at home. You know that. You can do dry fire practice. You can set up things
around your home and designate them as targets and practice coming out of your holster from
concealment with an empty gun, if you're going to train inside your home, and practice drawing from
concealment and indexing the target. in a way that you know that if you had to press the trigger,
you would hit them. Yes, do some dry fire practice, all right? So,
whatever you carry, train with it. Now, my recommendations, because they're relatively inexpensive,
they have garnered well over 60% of the world's police and military market, and that would be
Glock. They have a great reputation, I'm sorry, of guns that work when they need to work.
Because the loudest sound in a gunfight is click. You better believe it. I recommend at a minimum a
Glock 19, which has a 15 round capacity. A Glock 17, which has a 17 round capacity.
And those 17 round mags also fit the 19. There's also the Model 45,
which is a 9mm also, holds the same 17-round magazine, as does the Model 34,
which is a very long-barreled thing, but I do know a couple of people that carry them. Also,
the 19X, also a 17-round magazine, and I recommend something like that.
Also, a Glock 43X wants the Glock OEM. 15 round magazines at the market because I cannot in good
conscience recommend some of the other aftermarket 15 round magazines for them. There have been
feeding issues and it all has to do with the steel of the magazine wearing down the magazine catch
inside the polymer frame. So, well, Royce, I changed my magazine button out to steel.
okay now you still used to got a battle between steel and polymer and steel always wins and pretty
soon your magazines won't be seeding properly and you're going to start getting misfeeds that's
something i've been noticing as a glock certified armorer where i work so once the 15 round glock
43X and they also fit the model 48. Once they hit the market, I think they're gonna just sweep it
because a lot of people don't like the thickness of the double stack 9mm Glocks, but they do like
those thin profiles like the 48 and the 43X. By the way,
also extra mags for Glocks are relatively inexpensive. Where I work,
we sell them for $21 each, unless they're the higher capacity ones, like the 17 plus 2.
Those usually go for $30. They also make 24-round and 33-round capacity magazines.
And yes, I've been known to have a couple of those on me every Sunday at church. Nobody ever sees
them. It definitely enhances my ability to stay active during a defensive situation.
You can get 24 rounders and 33 rounders and they run about 30 bucks each. And they can,
like I said, they can be carried discreetly. They definitely add firepower to your repertoire.
Secondly, besides Glock pistols, any CZ handgun. CZ is still,
I love Glocks and I carry Glocks. CZs are still my favorite. They really are. The CZ,
the venerable. CZ-75 is hard to beat. A lot of special ops units still have that in their
repertoire after so many years. The Israeli Shin Bet group, they have the CZ-75.
Delta also, as I understand it, still has the 75 in their repertoire.
I don't know how much and how often they actually use it, but it is part of their defensive
armament. So the P-09, the P-10, The 75,
all great pistols, very reliable, great guns,
very accurate, and you can't go wrong with the CZ either. Also, Heckler & Koch,
or HK, they got great pistols. Any caliber, any whatever,
they work great. They go bang when you need them to also, all right? 9mm is probably best because
you can carry more rounds. And yes, more rounds is the way to stay in the fight. Sig Sauer has some
very popular carry lines. The P365, the little small 10-rounder,
I think you should graduate up a little bit to the 365 XL or the 365 Macro.
Those two platforms afford a 17-round capacity. Plus, like Glock,
they can take the higher-capacity mags made by Sig, the, I think, 21-rounders also.
They got decent round... capacity in those two models, the macro and the XL.
And so I recommend those two. They're great guns. They're reliable. The one thing they do do better
than Glock is rust, but you can mitigate that by taking care of them and keep a light film of oil
on the surface as often as possible. Yes, I might even recognize, recognize,
recognize, recommend Smith & Wesson M&P models. although they would be my next-to-the-last
choice. But they do work, they're good guns, and they can get you out of a tight spot.
So, Smith & Wesson MNP. Lastly, if you're having an affordability problem,
as many of us do, Taurus has come out with some pretty decent guns over the last couple of decades.
The G2C, I've still got one of those. I have never had one hiccup from that thing.
I have abused it. I have shot the crap out of it. I have rolled in sand with it.
That thing keeps running. A G2C, and I think they have upgraded models like the G3 now and the GX4
XL. But the TX9, that is the TX as in the acronym for Texas,
or the abbreviation, I mean, for Texas, the TX9 has some very high marks on it.
People speak very well of it. And these guns work. And they're affordable.
So you don't have really any excuse to not arm yourself and to not train yourself and to not become
part of the general defense of yourself and your family and your community whenever the
Islamofascists and the Marxists go ahead and give the go signal and they decide to launch things
against us. Because it's going to get crazy, people. You better pay attention. Watch everything
that's going on. Watch all the attacks going on in this country,
and yes, watch the ones going on in Britain and beyond, too, because that's what we're going to see
here very soon. There are multiple cities in America where the Sharia police are on patrol in those
cities, and the police do nothing to stop them. I'm sorry,
that is a takeover. That's not assimilation. That's not immigration.
That is coming in to take over. I actually got in a bit of a back and forth with a buddy of mine
where he says, well, why wouldn't you support arming illegal aliens when they come in?
If you think. The Second Amendment is for everybody. And my response was, well, once they come to
this country and begin to assimilate into our country, then yes, freely exercise your God-given
rights. It is a God-given right, but not necessarily when you invade another country and then take
up arms. Because that's what's been going on on multiple occasions. Countless Americans have been
shot and killed, stabbed and killed, and everything else by these illegal aliens.
So no, until you have come to this country and proven yourself to be upstanding, responsible,
hardworking, contributing member of our society, well, then as far as I'm concerned,
until you exhibit that, you should not be carrying a firearm around me. It's foolhardy to allow
people into your country and hand them guns. Okay? Just... a whim.
That's why I have a problem. Yes, I dare say everybody the world over has the right to self
-preservation, but you don't have the right to go to another country and demand that they arm you.
That ain't gonna happen. It doesn't happen in any other country, so it ain't gonna happen here.
Let's take a brief commercial timeout and we're going to take a little trip to Rhode Island and see
what's going on there because it has now also become another battlefront for the Second Amendment.
Be right back. Don't go anywhere. All the listener retention squads are on standby.

Welcome back to the program. We're going to take a little trip now to Rhode Island and view that
particular battlefront there. When I say battlefront, I mean in regards to defending the right to
keep and bear arms, of course. This is an article I'm going to reference heavily.
I'm going to read a lot of it by Talia Katz. This is from April 1st,
and the title is Proposed Legislation. would ban possession of some semi-automatic guns in Rhode
Island. And ASG references that a 2025 bill already outlawed the manufacture,
sale, and purchase of certain such semi-automatic guns. So here's the article,
generously interspersed with my own commentary. Says a proposed bill in the Rhode Island General
Assembly would ban the possession of particular military-style semi-automatic guns.
Oh, yes, the military style scares them horribly. They are also operating from the ignorant
assumption that we the people have no right to own military-style firearms. But anyway,
the article continues. The bill introduced on February 27th adds to legislation from last year that
banned the manufacturer's sale, transfer, and purchase of prohibited firearms. Now, did you catch
that? This bill adds to already existing legislation.
In other words, it expands it. How many times have I said on this program that all gun control laws
are simply templates? for future expansion. That's what they're for.
This is just another foundational proposal to increase it later.
The end game, of course, being disarmament. Actually, that's the semi-end game. The full end game
is the extermination of conservatives, Christians, and Jews in the United States by the leftist and
their Islamofascist hordes. Back to the article. State Senator Tiara Mack Um,
guess what, political party? No, it's not an R. No,
it's not an I, in spite of the fact they both stand for Rhode Island. D.
Democrat Communists. I think it should be D.C. But anyway, from Providence, Rhode Island,
the primary sponsor of the bill in the Senate... the Herald that the December 13th mass shooting at
Brown and the February 16th mass shooting in Pawtucket spurred a greater legislative push for
stricter gun control across the state, though she noted that neither of these cases involved the
use of assault weapons. Well then, what would be...
her purpose in proposing this. Well, if you read what I just read,
it says that she said it spurred a greater legislative push.
In other words, if you listen long enough, the communists will accidentally admit the truth.
What she's saying is she's admitting here that she is using these tragedies as a springboard and a
catalyst to propose more civilian disarmament. Max said she believes the 2025 legislation was not,
quote, as strong as it could have been. Well, how much stronger do you want it?
That was a rhetorical question. I know how much stronger she and all her fellow communists want it.
She said, I don't think last year we had the political appetite to fight back against the small
minority of legislators that are prioritizing guns over people. That's a lie,
sugar. Yeah. That's a lie. You do have the appetite for that. You do have the political appetite
for that. I think you heard back from too many of the people there in Rhode Island and you got cold
feet starting to think you might be pissing off the citizens. That's what I think. That's my
opinion, of course. But she said these legislators proposing,
I'm sorry, prioritizing guns over people. No, honey. They're actually prioritizing people.
Their safety from criminals in low places and the safety of their rights from the criminals in high
places. That's what they're doing. They're prioritizing real public safety while you...
assaulting it. Mack explained that because the U.S. Constitution prevents unlawful seizure of
private property, it's almost like she's going, well, if it wasn't for that darned Constitution,
we'd just snatch them out of your hands. People who currently possess these weapons would
potentially be grandfathered in and allowed to keep them. Let me add two words that make that make
sense for the communists. For now. Yeah. Oh, they're grandfathered and you can keep them for now.
Be assured that like every other communist occupied territory that has passed civilian disarmament
laws and claimed that if you got it now, you can keep it. They always come back later and say,
well, now you got to give them up. It always happens. It always will. So let me ask you this.
If it's lawful for. present owners to keep them, why is it not lawful for future owners to purchase
them? I mean, if these guns are allegedly the public safety menace that you claim them to be,
and if seizing them from the present owners is,
as you say, unlawful, because it is, then it's also unlawful to ban them.
You don't get to say this group can keep your guns, but all of you people coming up through the
bunch that haven't bought guns yet, you can't buy any. You don't get to decide who exercises the
right or not. You don't have that kind of authority. You don't have that kind of power.
I don't care if any of these dadgum laws y'all write and pass come to fruition. We the people have
every right to say they're null and void and flat out disregard them if we want to.
public safety, and we all know it's not, and peaceable citizens owning these guns really is the
problem, then grandfathering the ownership of these guns should not even be on the table.
If what you say is true, but you prove that it's not true, because if it was really true,
you would be demanding everybody that already has them give them up. But you're not. This is how
domestic enemies operate. They take small bites until it's all gone. By the way,
even if the Second Amendment did not exist, the right of the people to keep and bear arms still
would. Just so you know. And I'm saying that more for the benefit of the little communists that
like to listen to this program and send me hate mail. Even if it was not codified in our supreme
law, That right still exists. It existed before they penned it,
and it's obvious by the verbiage they used. Back to the article. The bill outlines two other
exceptions, people who are allowed to possess the prohibited weapons. Now listen to this part.
Here's the two sets of people. Federally licensed firearms dealers and law enforcement agencies.
What? You're allowed to possess them? Law enforcement agencies,
you can possess them still. Why? Are they cut from a higher moral fabric than the rest of us?
I can assure you they're not. Because we are a much more law-abiding demographic than police
officers could even hope to be. There's a study that bore that out recently, and I think I've
referenced it several times on this program. But you're saying that FFLs and law enforcement
agencies may... these prohibited weapons, but not us lowly peons that are beneath them.
Is that what you're saying? You know, something else tells me, just the way this is written,
that it won't be long before they try to literally take over the entire retail side of the industry
and use the police to do it. Now, that's another story, that's another podcast, and I don't want to
go too deep into those weeds, but... There's some things I've been chewing on over the past couple
of weeks about this, and once I have it all gelled, I'm going to bring it out. Excuse me.
In order to finalize the bill's details, Mack said legislators can look towards other models for
possession bans. Other models? Oh, yeah. Currently,
about 10 U.S. states... two of Rhode Island's closest neighbors,
Massachusetts and Connecticut, and several other countries. Yeah, countries. Yeah,
they're using examples from other countries.
The laws of other countries don't mean crap here, but they sure want them to in regards to their
favorite monster, gun violence.
You know, the countries they're referencing are all the typical models for gun confiscation,
the UK, Australia, et cetera, New Zealand. And those people refer to us as,
the US that is, as an outlier on gun control. You're dadgum right we are.
Because here we trust the people with guns more than we trust the cops with them. Yeah, they've
already implemented those types of bans and stuff. But yeah, look towards these other models.
For gun possession bans. Well, what are those other models? The UK,
Australia, and the like. And what do they do to their citizens? What did they do to them during the
COVID thing? What's going on with UK citizens who have the nerve and the audacity to speak out
against the rampant violence and rape committed by the Islamofascists in their country? They're
being arrested. They're being told by their little jackwagon, Starmer. that they will be fought
against before they'll fight against the Islamofascists. That's their government telling them that.
That's why they disarmed them. Yeah, Mr. Starmer is a domestic enemy, and that man needs a gate
with the gallows there in the United Kingdom. That's exactly what needs to happen.
That man is the worst treasonous piece of crap. He's on the same likes as Schumer and everybody
else over here. But what are we going to do? We're going to point to other countries? as being
models for the United States? The U.S. is very unique in its liberties,
in spite of the fact that they're being gobbled up just as they are in all their model countries.
But yeah, we're very unique in our freedom and liberty. And the only reason we've stayed that way
is because of you and I, my fellow keepers and bearers. We the people have kept it that way.
Not legislators, not senators, not governors. Not presidents.
The people. We the people are the ones pouring millions of our own dollars into a daily fight up
there on Capitol Hill and in our state legislatures. We're the ones paying for it all.
And I tell you what, we should sue the living crap out of every state and the federal government
too for every single gun control law that we have had to put money out to fight against.
But we have to do it. We're doing everything we can to keep from it going hot. But people,
we're the ones keeping us safe and free. Not anybody else. Not any other profession.
We the people. Give yourselves a hand for that.
Rhode Island Coalition Against Gun Violence Board Chair Ariana Hual wrote in an email to the
Herald, and she said, although Rhode Island is recognized as among the safest states in the
country, we believe one bullet causing injury or death is too many.
Oh,
then disarm your police also. Well,
if one death is too many, disarm your police also. You'll never do that. They're your personal
enforcers. Oh, they certainly don't uphold and defend the Constitution anymore. They don't defend
the people and their rights. No. If you really believe that one bullet causing injury or death is
too many, then you take the ammo and the guns from your cops too. To be consistent,
that's what you should do. By the way, where do you get off calling for a disarmament against
peaceable citizens who have nothing to do with any of the violence in the first place?
We know what your intentions really are and it has nothing to do with protecting anybody from gun
violence. And then she said, the destructive ripple effects of any incident of gun violence are
broad and insidious. I can tell you something that's even far more broad and far more insidious.
And that's any incident of gun control being passed in your state.
Far more insidious. Has much greater ripple effects. Especially in Rwanda,
Nigeria, Sudan, Syria. Let's go check out the Armenian Genocide.
How about the Holocaust? How about USSR, Cuba, China, North Korea? All of them.
Have you seen the cost in human life there? In those areas, in those incidents?
Of course you have. You want to repeat that here.
But others view this proposal as a case of government overreach, because it is. They don't have the
authority to do this. State Senate Minority Leader Jessica De La Cruz, a Republican from North
Smithfield, Burryville, and Glocester,
I don't know, described the proposed possession ban as unconstitutional,
because it is, expressing confidence that the Supreme Court will overturn assault weapons bans in
the coming years. But you know what? They don't care. They're implementing these bans and forcing
people to fight it, take them to court, spend millions of dollars. They are trying to bleed us dry
one way or the other. They know it may get overturned. They don't care.
They're doing this shotgun legislation effect and hoping some of it sticks. De La Cruz also wrote,
Even some of my Democrat colleagues who consider themselves pro-gun control believe this proposal
goes too far. And she said what we need to do is enforce the laws we already have in place to deal
with gun violence. Well, I've got news for you. None of the gun control laws that you currently
have in place will inhibit gun violence by evil people.
The best thing you could do to enhance public safety is repeal every last gun control law in your
entire state. That's how you're going to enhance public safety, not by enforcing some of the gun
control laws you already have on the books. They can only be enforced against peaceable citizens
anyway, and the bad guys, when you arrest them, you'll just flip them right back out on the street
within hours to do even more terrible things.
Senator Mack, the communist, Mack the Marxist, emphasized that, quote,
if amendments are proposed that strengthen the bill and address constitutional concerns,
I am more than willing to make them. Bull fertilizer. Until the public health crisis guns have
caused in the U.S. is addressed, she added that she will, quote, will not consider this issue
handled. Wrong again, sugar britches. Until the political.
Health crisis gun control has caused in the U.S. is addressed. We the people will not consider
this issue to be handled. You're welcome. Flipping it back on you. Outside of legislation,
Wohl, the Republican, encouraged the secure storage of firearms as an action that will reduce
suicide by firearm. It may, it may not. Which makes up the majority of gun deaths and violence from
stolen weapons. She also added that increasing education could also help reduce gun violence.
Yeah, I agree. Start with biblical education. Start by posting those Ten Commandments.
Start by expounding on the Ten Commandments and why having other gods before your creator is wrong
and lying, cheating, stealing, and murdering is all wrong too. How about you start there?
Of course, that's going to fly in the face of all you communists because y'all love to lie and
cheat and steal and murder. That's probably why it's not posted up there in Congress in the first
place. Mack expressed cautious hope for the future of the bill.
She said, I'm always optimistic, but I also understand the history of this country and of the gun
violence prevention community. What does that imply? What does that imply?
That we're the gun violence community. They're the gun violence prevention community.
That's what they accuse us of already. She said it's consistently been an uphill battle.
Good. It needs to be a fierce uphill battle. And I assure you, little Miss Marxist Mac,
The battle will not be over even if you manage to succeed in passing these laws. You and your
nasty, filthy Marxist ilk are pushing things toward a very real,
physical battle with your intended disarmament of the people of your state.
You are the people pushing this to a bad place. You are doing this intentionally.
You know good and well it has nothing to do with public safety. You know it has nothing to do with
anything but maintaining strict control over the citizenry of Rhode Island,
just like your filthy communist cohorts are trying to do in Virginia, just like they have done in
New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California, Washington State. Oregon.
They're on the way to doing it in Colorado and other states. They're trying really hard in Texas
and beyond also. Yeah, you're pushing this to a place where we're going to have to stand up and
say, okay, this is it. Don't cross the line. If you do, it's going to get loud.
Now, Royce, why don't you talk about all these gun control cases coming up if it's so futile to
fight against it for this one reason. to stir up within you the same fighting spirit of our
founders, that spirit of resistance that caused them to form a defensive battle line on the
Lexington green back there on the shot heard round the world. That's where we need to be in our
hearts also. Unfortunately, too many people in all these other states have glibly just turned over
guns, glibly just kind of melted into the shadows, meekly just started complying with laws they
knew were not constitutional. But, oh, I don't want to get arrested. I don't want to be a test
case. That's why a lot of you cops won't stand up and defend the right to keep and bear arms
either. Oh, I got a family to feed. Going to remind you. Our founders,
for our sake, pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.
In short, they pledged it all. How dare we make a lesser sacrifice?
You stay trained up, people. Bad things are coming. Get armed up. Stay trained up. Make sure you've
got several thousand rounds at a minimum for your firearms at home. Make sure you've got plenty of
magazines for your carry weapons. Make sure you carry trauma supplies at a minimum in your vehicle,
if not on your person. Stay in contact with your reps and never forget, incoming rounds always have
the right of way. Royce out.
