Welcome to Shooting Straight Radio podcast!! This program (formerly known as "Shooting Straight Radio Show" on WMMB and iHeartRADIO) is all about firearms, the 2nd Amendment, and all things pertaining thereto. It is hosted by Royce, a veritable super-spreader of Constitutional propriety as well as a firearms instructor with multiple certifications, including endorsement by the National Association of Chiefs of Police as a defensive pistol instructor. It has been said that he is saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint, yet wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of his people (Hoppe's #9) as he delivers his unexpurgated commentary on all things firearm and 2nd Amendment-related with 100% felt recoil and no suppressor. As an Ultra-Type-A personality, he is exceedingly generous (and sometimes comically brutal) with his opinions and doesn't mince words. A staunch Constitutionalist, he calls out infringements when and where he sees them. Royce is often joined on the program by special guests like Dale Comstock (DELTA Force), John Rea (SEAL Team 6), Max Mullen (Army Ranger), Quentin Carter (a.k.a. "Q"), Gary O'Neal (American Warrior), Boon Benton (USMC, Benghazi warrior), Sarah "Superbad" Adams (CIA Target Analyst), Col. Danny McKnight (Black Hawk Down), Izzy Matos (USMC combat vet), Ash Hess (U.S. Army combat veteran and instructor extraordinaire), Massad Ayoob, Hank Hayes (Professor Emeritus of Badassology), Spike Cohen (spikecohen.com), ATF whistleblower Peter Forcelli, Erich Pratt and Luis Valdes of GOA, and many more. So tune in to Shooting Straight (a.k.a. 2nd Amendment University) and share it around with your fellow Constitutionalists. Keep your head on a swivel, keep a loaded gun on your person (and spare mags), and never forget that incoming rounds always have the right-of-way.

Red Flag Laws Are Morphing
First, a look at a new training initiative in Colorado by State A.G. Weiser that implements a training course for teachers(!) to allow them to file red flag petitions against students,...which actually disarms their parents. Looks like they're following Sheriff Grady Judd's lead in Polk County, Florida.
Then, a woman in Washington State filed an ERPO against her ex-husband (they'd been divorced for years) who lives in Montana. Yes, MONTANA. And, even though a judge in Washington State dismissed it after the woman admitted she'd lied, the police in the man's town in Montana ACTUALLY ENFORCED IT!!!

Of course, that could change overnight. Who knows? But you know what? I welcome it.
I really appreciate all the feedback I get from many of you out there in Tom's

and hardest when all the crap comes down so make sure you're loaded with as much
as you can have and get ready and I'm not gonna get on that again. I know I've
kind of parked there for a couple of episodes now. I want to talk about ERPOs or
the oh so infamous red flag laws because some of the things I predicted
unfortunately and gone and I hate being right are coming to pass.
And I knew it would. I know how these guys think. I know how they set these
things up whenever they pass one law it's the foundation for the next and for the
next and for the next or the foundation for enhancements of said law and they are
certainly doing that with ERPOs aka red flag laws and I know we've discussed them
on this program before and of course never in a favorable light but Our issues with
them, I don't think I have to remind you, are first, they lack due process for the
respondents prior to having their property seized by the police.
Due process would be, hey, we're charging you with this crime and therefore we feel
that because we think you did this crime, that we have the right uh, disarm you
momentarily at a minimum and, uh, for the, for the sake of safety of everybody
around you. So the due process issue is one of the largest looming portions of this
problem. Um, they also, the process for getting their guns returned to them in a
timely fashion is for lack of a politically correct term, utterly freaking retarded
and it's it's craziness that we're gonna talk about in the second portion of the
program as far as a guy trying to get his guns back it's its levels on insanity
I'm not kidding you but the the respondents right to keep and bear arms and their
right to do process and their fourth and fifth amendment right are suspended for up
to a year without ever charging them for a crime. Remember this,
these things are not criminal procedures. They are civil procedures and that changes
the ballgame for gun owners in a very bad bad way. We'll talk about that in just
a little bit. But we predicted that these things would be abused. And of course we
were right and we predicted that they would be expanded because they always try to
expand on all gun confiscation laws. And we were right and they have been expanded
both in scope and in reach. And we're going to talk about both of those throughout
this program. Now, originally an ERPO or a red flag law could only be applied for
by police officers and select psychiatric professionals. But then,
as I said they would be, they were expanded in scope so that other so -called
professionals and other family members could apply for them. And we'll talk about
that in a minute. And the second portion of the program, we're going to point out
how originally they were only applied to one person,
and that is the respondent, but now can reach people that were not even named in
the ERPO. I'm sorry, we're going to talk about this, this part in the first, in
the first, uh, part of the program. Uh, and we warned about that back on the
program in 2018, while I was still on WMMB and iHeart radio.
By the way, catch my buddy Bill Mick on Bill Mick Live every weekday morning from
six to nine a .m. on that same station. Look for WMMB on the iHeart radio app and
hit it as one of your presets and start your day with some common sense uncommon
radio that is Bill Mick Live. Bill is the guy that got me started in radio almost
12 years ago now so catch his program the dude is amazing he's one of the most
fair -minded people you will ever meet and that ticks off both sides equally so you
know you're on the right program when you're on Bill Mac live so anyway as I said
they were going to be expanding the list of people who could apply for an ERPO
against somebody. These things have already been proven to be filed spitefully
and erroneously. And matter of fact, there's already been a guy killed in Maryland
and they made an example out of him real quick. They smoked him in his own home,
showed up at a weird hour and said, we're here to take your guns and he's like
the heck you are, and a fight over his gun ensued and the officers ended up
shooting and killing him. Isn't that nice? Now, Colorado, we've talked about and we
know what's been going on there with their assault weapons bands and then right on
the heels of the assault weapons band, they passed a law saying that the state
could take your children if you misgender them and things like that. It's amazing
how all of these laws seem to be aimed directly and indirectly at the children.
And this is no different here with these red flag laws 'cause teachers are now on
the list of professionals and I told you it would happen who are able to now use
Colorado's red flag law. Isn't that nice. And here's an article I'll be referencing
heavily by Melanie Amsmar from writing for Chalkbeat. And the title is Colorado to
offer a new training for teachers on using the state's red flag gun law.
Okay, what that means is they're going to be training teachers on how to look for
subtle little excuses to file red flag laws against children and it's not just aimed
at the children, this is also aimed at the parents, okay? By the way, if you
listen throughout this article, these leftists will always reveal their real
intentions. So first of all, why do you have to set up ERPOs,
the ability for teachers to file ERPO's.
Think about that. They know good and stinkin' well that the kids they're teaching
are not legally able to own a gun. They know this or purchase a gun for that
matter. So why is it so bloody important that they craft the ability for teachers
to E -R -P -O against a student and you know where it's going from there and we're
gonna look at that in just a second. Let me make a prediction, by the way. This
will eventually be used by teachers with the same exuberance as that constitutionally
dyslexic folk hero of Polk County, Florida, Grady Judd. As you can tell, I'm not a
fan of his. He seems to have some issues with the Constitution and the Constitution
certainly seems to have some issues with him. His deputies there have routinely filed
ERPOs against children. Yes, and this man is supposed to be Mr. Staunch,
Republican, Constitutionalist, lover of the Second Amendment, and he has issued
directives to his deputies to file these on kids as young as seven years old and
then going to the home to file it on that child they used the deputies to
intimidate those parents into surrendering their guns. It happened each and every
time. You understand this is not about trying to take guns from kids. This is not
about trying to prevent child suicide. This is about disarming adult Americans.
And I'm gonna prove that to you as we read this article. Now, Colorado Attorney
General Phil Weiser is a filthy, godless Democrat communist, and he's the one that
originally pushed for this law in Colorado. I had gone ahead and marked that man as
an enemy agent. Yes, an enemy agent, he's working hard to chip away at civilian gun
ownership. He is using the power of his office
to attack the right of the people to keep and bear arms. He has set himself in a
ray against the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. And he made this comment
regarding them. He said, "Teachers don't know about this." Okay,
maybe they shouldn't then. All of know, but he thinks they need to, oh, that he
even created a new training course offered by his office that aims to change all of
that and educate, quote, quote, as many teachers on how to look for particular
excuses to file an ERPO. Now, on September 10th,
you remember there was a 16 year old student at Evergreen High School, he shot and
wounded two classmates before killing himself. So Wiser references that when he tries
to pitch his new law here.
And he just said, he said, "It's not being offered. It's not,
they don't know about it." Well, Pretty soon, it won't just be offered.
It'll be mandatory training for teachers in Colorado bet me bet me right here right
now I guarantee you He also said obviously the the events of evergreen are top of
mind today Well way to reference a tragedy and exploit the victims thereof to
promote this crap there little commie boy Yeah, of course they are Yeah,
always on the minds of Bolsheviks like you and the media pukes there. You guys like
to squeeze every last drop of political value out of such incidents and it doesn't
surprise me that you're referencing it here. He said, but it's sadly one painful
story after another that schools and school kids have seen too much gun violence.
Oh, I agree with that statement. I really do there, Mr. Bolshevik, because you know
why they've seen so much gun violence? Because filthy Democrat communists like you,
Mr. Weiser, have continually stood against arming teachers and other personnel,
and you foolishly assumed that more signs forbidding guns are sufficient to protect
our children somehow. Then, when one of your fellow Democrats decides to shoot up
another school or some other gun -free zone, you leap to the podium and blame
Republicans and every American that upholds and defends the right of the people to
keep and bear arms, but you never blame the Democrat shooter. Maybe that's a
sympathetic reflex for an ally there, Ah, Mr. Weiser.
He said when young people are struggling or contemplating suicide and make statements
like, I know where my dad keeps the gun or I have access to a gun.
You know, that obviously implies that it's a parent's gun, by the way. And I'm
gonna take my life. Well, that's a call to action. It's important we use all the
rules we can to prevent gun violence. Let me put an addendum on the end of that
sentence. Even if it violates the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. By the way,
did you catch that? Whose guns are they aiming this at? The kids can't legally own
guns. And what did he say? This is what I said earlier. If you listen, they'll
betray themselves. The statement that he used anecdotally, I know where my dad keeps
a gun, not a gun, the gun. I know where my dad keeps the gun.
That's very telling. Or I have access to a gun, meaning obviously the implication is
at my home. All right, so you see the who? This is really aimed at. This is not
about protecting kids from suicide of the parent's gun. This is about disarming their
parents by using this felonious crap. So he said,
"Gun violence is the leading cause of death among youth." And so help me Hannah,
the next person that says that, if they're within reach, I'm gonna freaking throat
punch them because it's not true. The youth of today are 16 times more likely they
died from medical malpractice than by gunfire. So shove that one,
okay? So he talked about the training. Is it this training called the ERPO
curriculum for educators? Consists of two 30 -minute virtual sessions.
The first session goes over the basics of extreme risk protection orders or ERPOs.
ERPOs, might I add unconstitutionally, allow law enforcement to confiscate a person's
firearms for up to a year if a judge determines that the person poses a danger to
themselves or others, okay? Since when are judges psychiatric professionals?
Lay it out here, come on. Since when are judges psychiatric professionals.
I want to know that how is a judge going to take the word of a teacher as gospel
and then determine by that, because the teacher is not a psychiatric professional,
by that determine that this person is dangerous and they should have an ERPO filed
against them, which is going to also extend out to their parents. None of these
guys have the first inkling about, you know, anything psychiatric.
The judge has no cause, no criminal cause to issue these.
He's simply going to go on the word of a teacher. Let this sink in.
Do you think for a second those teachers won't be glomming of Facebook pages of the
parents of their students, maybe? I absolutely blank and loosely guarantee you they
will be doing exactly that. I bet you it's part of the curriculum. I tried to sign
up for the curriculum, but it wouldn't let me because I don't live in Colorado.
Isn't that nice? I sure would like to know what's in that curriculum. If anybody
here in Colorado wants to reach out and send it to me, I sure would appreciate it.
I really would. Said the second training session provides step -by -step instructions
on how to petition the court for such an order. Isn't that nice?
So they're training all the teachers to be second amendment narcs. How do you feel
about that? How do you feel about the people to whom you send your children every
day to allegedly teach them the three R's, reading, writing, and arithmetic.
I know arithmetic isn't A, but we now have to send them to those teachers and
wonder if those teachers are somehow plying them with questions or anything else or
simply take an angry outburst as an excuse to have an ERPO filed against them,
which translates into an ERPO against the parents every time.
In addition to the educators, a person's family or household members have been added
to the list. Originally, you can only have a law enforcement officer apply for one
of these, as if he was a psychiatric professional himself somehow. But then they
added it, as I said they would, other people, and then they added household members.
What's so bad about that, Royce? A lot, a lot. Well,
there's oftentimes siblings in a family that hate each other and get mad at each
other, or maybe even get mad at their parents. You just never know. Then they added
law enforcement officers, and then medical and mental health providers, and then
district attorneys could petition for an ERPL.
Who's going to be next? Well, I said a long time ago they would eventually do it
to teachers and professors, and that's exactly what they're doing, because there's one
version of the training for K -12 educators and another for college educators.
The article continues in more than two years. College educators have filed just two
petitions according to the Attorney General's office. Did you catch that? There's only
been two filed. They say that as if it's terrible. They say that as if we need to
get these numbers up somehow. I'm telling you, if you're reading this exactly how
I'm reading it right now, it's almost like that. Well, we've only been able to have
two of these things file on these two of these petitions according to the AG's
office. Oh, you poor thing. That's all. Yeah, the way that reads, we want a lot
more. You know, that's the purpose of this training, by the way, in my not so
humble opinion, is to train these educators on how to craft these complaints and all
what small, so small in significant basis they could do that on. And they're gonna
do this literally against parents through the kids. That's what they're doing here.
And they're gonna do that. And they wanna force police to confiscate more firearms
in their communities. That's what this is all about 100%. All they gotta do is find
dad's social media with heavy second amendment references or saying something oh,
so terrible, like we should deport all these illegal aliens, or oh, man,
look at these Muslims trying to take over our country, and oh, look at these
filthy, godless communists trying to take over our country, you know, like my sons
would probably have to deal with. And next thing you know, well, I feel a little
unsafe with his son here. I would like an ERPO filed against him, and she will
use, or he will use, whatever training they received from this program and they're
going to come after the parents' guns through the kids. Watch it happen,
it's gonna get big. Why do you think he needs to educate all these people to do
this? I mean, if a teacher was really upset about something he or she heard and
they went to the police, the police would simply say, Okay, well, this sounds like
an ERPO and let the police do this rather than the teacher making a judgment call
and saying, well, I'm going to go have an ERPO filed on this kid or that kid.
And basically, it's directly hits the parents. That's what that's what this is really
all about. Chris Noakey, the director of strategy for the firearm Injury Prevention
Initiative at the University of Colorado School of Medicine has used this,
has tracked the use of the state's red flag laws. And it totally, listen to this.
He said it's not used much with teenagers because educators,
police officers and parents often intervene in other ways, such as ensuring that guns
in the home are locked up or by criminally charging a teenager with illegal
possession. Okay, Mr. Weiser, you understand that that just refuted everything that
you've been pushing for. In other words, this is a solution looking for a problem.
That's right. Just, you know, kind of like the Holocaust was. Yeah.
Yeah, it's the same principle, maybe not on the same scale, but certainly the same
principle. They're creating a law and they're not doing it because of a problem.
They are creating this. Mr. Wiser helped push for this and he's helping to create
classes to implement this simply for the fact of going after the parents of the
kids. That's what this is about. Wow. So why do we need this ERPO power granted to
teachers? If there's really not a proven need for it? I mean, this proves to me
that this is being aimed at adult parents and not the adolescent kids. Then no key
even said, but no key still sees value in training educators on how to petition for
our ERPO. In other words, we know there's not a problem, but there's still value in
the training.
How is there value in the training? If the training is not needed,
because the ERPO ability of teachers is not needed.
He said the message for them is if you become worried about a student.
There's lots of things you can do, including this red flag law. Well,
apparently everything else they've been using has been working fine, but now you have
to implement this and train them on how to use it, huh? Yeah. In other words,
more ERPOs results in more confiscated guns. That's what this comes down to because
he said the message for them if you're worried about a student there's lots of
things you can do including this red flag law and he finished by saying the logic
as it stands is that more nets catch more fish okay you caught that right mm -hmm
more erpo's results in more confiscated guns i've told you before they're gonna start
filing these things en masse against certain groups of people. Don't you doubt me,
it's going to happen. Just like I said, this other crap would happen. They're going
to do it. Mark my words. So keep that in mind.
It said in the first five years of Colorado's law, which went into effect in 2020,
a little more than 700 petitions were filed with nearly 500 were granted, at least
on an emergency basis." No, he said. "However, not all of those positions resulted
in guns being confiscated for a full year." It's almost written like, "We need to
do better. You know, we need to make sure they're confiscated." It's against the law
for anyone under the age of 18 to own a gun in Colorado, and state lawmakers
recently raised the age to buy one from 18 to 21. But Weiser said there's a
difference between legally owning a gun and practically owning one. Yeah,
no kidding. Really? Is it an ERPO can move quicker than a criminal case?
He said the court must hold an initial hearing on a petition within a day. In
other words, they can get these things turned out really quickly. Now, Wiser knows
full well that this is going to cause a lot of problems for gun owners. He knows
this and that's why he's using the education system to further his little civilian
disarmament cause. He's a rabid, anti -second amendment, anti -constitution pig, and he
knows that legal fees are going to cause a lot of duress to gun owners because
they're going to have to fight to stop the implementation of the ERPO, and then
they have to fight to get their guns back if they can't stop it. And it's
insidious beyond measure because they cannot have a court appointed attorney assigned
to their case if they don't have the money to go after the, uh, the ERPO and try
to resist against it because this is a civil matter and you have to pay out of
pocket. How you like dim apples, baby? Isn't that nice? Now,
listen to this next sentence because I said, if you listen long enough, they'll
betray themselves and their true intentions. This is a quote from Mr. Wiser,
the one who fought so hard to get this ERPO crap extended to teachers.
And well, matter of fact, he fought hard for the initial ERPO law. Listen to what
he says.
"Lots of people end up in possession of a firearm for a range of reasons. It was
it to them. They bought it illegally. And all of those situations can be addressed
by a red flag order. Notice what he did not say. He said lots of people.
Okay, stop.
He didn't say lots of students. He said lots of people. Oh,
come on, Royce, you're splitting hair. No, I'm not. No, I am not.
He said lots of people. He didn't say lots of teenagers. This law was supposed to
be aimed directly at teenagers in crisis, right? Oh, he said lots of people end up
in possession of a firearm for a range of reasons. And he's right. Sometimes they're
given to them. Sometimes people on the street buy them illegally. Then he says all
of those situations can be addressed by a red flag order. And it's almost like he's
saying it triumphantly, like this can now go in and strip more guns from the hands
of innocent people. Maybe he's not saying it quite like that, but he is saying it
almost triumphantly. This red flag law can cover all that crap. The ERPO training is
free for educators and counts for continuing education credit.
How about that? Well, when we come back, we're gonna look at the enhanced reach of
ERPOs, okay? If there's one thing in the scope of an ERPO where it's applied
against a child and then actually really, you know, absolutely applied against the
parent through the child indirectly,
well, They've enhanced the reach of them to where now well, how would you let me
let me give you a hypothetical? How would you like if you had an ex -girlfriend
that lived halfway across the country or two states away or three states away?
Who you get in a fight with her over the phone over some property or something
whatever and She gets pissed off and files an ERPO on you out of spite.
And then the judge in that state sends an order to a judge in your state and in
your city or county to issue an ERPO on you and that judge in your county in your
state honors it and goes and applies it to you. How would you like that?
That's exactly what happened to a man in Montana and I'll tell you about that when
we come right back with more shooting straight.

We've been hammering ERPOs again because we're noticing in other states like Colorado
and others that ERPOs are expanding in their scope and in their reach and it's very
insidious and it's uh this is a direct attempt to disarm as many people as possible
one at a time if necessary. Look, if you don't, you don't understand these
communists, they'll disarm us one at a time if they can. Don't you doubt me. Yes,
they will be issuing these ERPOs on mass soon, I believe, but until then,
they're happy with disarming everybody one person at a time because I'm gonna tell
you something. There's something that a lot of people do not understand about ERPOs.
And we're gonna point that out here in just a little bit because it is uber
insidious. Now this is an article I'm going to reference by Gary Marbet.
He is the president of Montana Shooting Sports Association or MSSA and he's writing
this article October 3rd. He's writing for Amoland, the publication, and I think you
should be a reader, a regular reader of Amoland. Mr. Why am I blanking on his name
for Pete's sake? The gun writer.
Why am I blanking on his name? Wow. I am really having a brain hiccup here. Lee
Williams. Thank you. Lee Williams writes as a guest writer for Amoland and many
other publications. So check it out there. But this is an article by Gary Marbet,
who was the president of Montana Shooting Sports Association, as I said,
and here we go. He says, "I have detected some really ugly gun control leaking into
Montana from liberal states." How can that happen, you ask? The legislature is not
in session, and even when it is, MSSA kills any gun control bills so they can't
become bad law here. Well, here's how it happens. An upstanding guy,
married and living in Montana, called an old girlfriend living in Seattle area to
ask a question. That's all he did. He asked her a question. He wouldn't elaborate
on what the question was about, but anyway, the former girlfriend contacted her local
police in Washington and reported that she felt threatened.
Washington has ERPOs and under which a judge can issue a TRO or temporary
restraining order in an ex parte, by the way, that's only getting the accuser side
of the story, in an ex parte manner. A Washington judge issued a TRO that,
among other restraints, prohibited this Montana guy from possessing firearms.
Okay, how? How is it that one state can reach into another state with their laws
and apply them to another state to a person in another state? He said the TRO was
communicated, I'm sorry, to the town where the Montana guy lives and the local
police department enforced the TRO by investigating all of this Montana guy's
firearms. What?
Yeah, exactly. Number one, every cop involved in,
what should I say, implementing that ERPO needs to be charged deprivation of rights
under color of authority. And no, it's not, it shouldn't stop there. The judge
should also be arrested for that too. I tell you what, that is the only defense
that really sounds plausible at this point because these things are ranked violations
of our rights. They do not supersede the Constitution. You cannot say, well, this
law says that you can do that. I don't blimp any blank in care. If that law
circumvents, violates, abuses any of the rights and the free exercise of any rights,
then they do not enjoy supremacy over the supreme law of the land.
He said, but because this guy had not been to Washington in three decades,
and because the accusing girlfriend later recanted her story of the threat,
listen, the judge reviewing the TRO dismissed it.
And apparently that implies he dismissed it quickly. Okay, so that should be it,
right? Case closed, right? Take back the firearms, right? That they should,
the police should, in Montana, should bring it back to him and say here, sorry,
here's your guns back. Nope. Nope, he still can't get his firearms back.
You wanna know why? Listen,
Washington has a California style 10 day waiting period before a firearm may be
transferred. Therefore, the Washington court must wait another 10 days before
officially notifying the Montana Police Department that it may return the victim's
firearms.
How about that? Yeah, so they're intentionally going to wait another 10 days even
though the man does not live in Washington State and They're applying a Washington
State law against a man who lives in Blippity Blanking, Montana
Meanwhile the victim has had to engage both a Washington attorney and a Montana
attorney. Oh, baby, this is what I'm talking about. They'll fatigue you into
compliance with their will by hook or by crook. And if they can do it financially,
they're going to do it. This guy had to do it. It says even worse, once the
Washington court notifies the Montana police department that it may return this
victim's farms. This is likely far from the end of his problems. Well,
what else could it be? The feds. The feds.
Because once a TRO was entered into court computers, it ran straight to the feds.
Guess what the feds did with it? They marked him as a prohibited person.
Yep, that's what they do to people who have a TRO marked against them. And you're
going to have to pay an attorney to get that removed off your record and taken off
of NICS before you can buy a gun again.
This is under federal law. He cannot legally possess firearms or ammunition if he's
a prohibited person. And that means that if he accepts return of his improperly
taken firearms, he may be committing a federal felony crime.
Wow. Why? Because he didn't go through a background check? Hmm?
If the feds get notice of dismissal of the TRO, that will not cause them to
automatically update the guy's record and remove the prohibited person's status,
getting that done is a heavy lift indeed and we would crier hiring even more
attorneys. All right, are you seeing this now? This is along the same vein as the
NFA, where they begin to attach an exorbitant tax to the free exercise of the right
to keep and bear certain arms. This is the same principle in every way,
shape and form, okay, because they're gonna make it harder and harder and harder to
get your guns back now. Bet me on this. Bet me. That's why I'm telling every
patriot own at least two or three extra AR -15s and ammo and whatever else you need
to get that you can sell to someone like this who's had their rights trampled on.
Royce, you're talking about breaking the law. No, I'm not. No, I'm not at all. The
Supreme Law says there's nothing wrong with it. So they can grab a hammer and head
for the beach There's a whole bunch of problems With this picture brought out by
this article and I tell you what I'm very sickened to see how quickly Government
officials would act without even once checking the legality of what they're doing How
is it that those Montana cops say wait a minute? This is a TRU from Washington
State
Oh, no, no, no, apparently somebody thinks they've got too much power. Nope, they
didn't do that. And the judge in Montana apparently didn't, you know,
overwrite it, overrule it. So now we have a Washington anti -gun ERPO being enforced
in Montana.
OK, why would we need federal RPOs if they're going to do this. And by the way,
that's the goal. They want EARPOs nationally and they're trying to set a precedent
and a very dangerous one. And apparently it has been set because people abode by
this ruling from Washington state. So they're enforcing a TRO and an ERPO in Montana
that was issued in Washington state. So then this anti -gun 10 -day waiting period
that was made for residents of Washington state, that's being now enforced in
Montana.
There is no 10 -day waiting period in Montana, but somehow the officials in Montana
think it's okay to go along with this corrupt order from Washington state and
violate this man and force this month, this Washington state 10 day waiting period
upon him. Wow, are you grasping? If this is allowed to stand,
do you understand the hideous precedent, the sets? You got an old girlfriend in
Georgia? You got an argument with her? Well, You blocked her on Facebook because you
didn't want to hear any more of her crap. Guess what? ERPO time, baby. Don't think
it's not going to be abused. If a sheriff in Florida will abuse it, like greedy
Judd, why do you think teachers wouldn't abuse it? And why do you think that these
judges in Washington state and elsewhere and the police in Montana wouldn't abuse it
too?
These Montana cops, without the good sense to simply ask their county attorney before
enforcing this, they eagerly rushed out and confiscated the man's guns.
Why did nobody pause and say, "Is this okay? Are we really allowed to do this?"
And now we've got the federal government being in a position of effectuating laws in
anti -gun states from the anti -gun states and effectuating them in the pro -gun
states like Montana. Do you see the convoluted twisted hodgepodge of crap that these
things cause? And simply because they didn't follow constitutional propriety and
directives. People, it's gonna worse. I assure you,
I'm going to predict right now again. Listen to me. I said it right here again
today on October 6, 2025, they will soon begin issuing ERPOs en masse.
Don't doubt me, it's going to happen. And if this precedent stands, you're going to
see other states violating the rights of citizens of other states with foolish crap
like a temporary restraining order or a gun violence restraining order or an ERPO or
red flag law, whatever the blippity blank you wanna call it, it's gonna start
happening on a larger scale. Don't you doubt me on that. So you better make sure
that you're in contact with your state reps. And matter of fact, if this ever
happens to you, reach out to Second Amendment Foundation and GOA and will set up a
GoFundMe for you and will pay for your attorneys to go after these SOBs and sue
them into oblivion, especially Mr. Weiser up there in Colorado in the Crappies
Bullying. And matter of fact, how about all the officials out there in Washington
state and in Montana too, who were responsible for taking away this man's guns
without due process and erroneously by enforcing another state's laws.
Yeah, that's why you need to stay in contact with your reps and that's why I
always say that. So do stay in contact with them. You better start staying trained
up. You better make sure you stay stocked up on bullets, beans and band -aids and
you better never forget that incoming rounds always have the right of way. Voice
out.
