How does it feel to know that members of the Infringement Cartels (Brady, Giffords, etc.) voluntarily registered as foreign agents in order to align other nations against your right to keep and bear arms?
Oh, but it's much worse than that; multiple states,...yes, STATES WITHIN THE AMERICAN UNION, along with many Attorneys General have also signed amicus briefs with Mexico in order to lend their leverage against the Supreme Law of our Land and your rights protected therein.

These treasonous agents of infringement are working tirelessly to destroy this nation from within, and they need to be stopped. Hopefully, we will be able to do that via the court system, but if not, they're going to keep pushing until we're backed into a corner, and woe betide them then.

We already know that the gun control or should I say the civilian disarmament cartels, the gun control cartels, that's what these groups really are the Giffords group, their Brady group, all these other ones who have recently, we've been talking about how they have gotten behind Mexico and trying to literally use another country to penetrate the PLCAA. And to, what should I say, use that for litigious purposes, and trying to sue gun manufacturers, as if they are to blame for third party misuse of their products. And this is an article These people are allegedly American citizens, but they are registering, they're willing to register as foreign agents in order to undermine your right to keep in bear arms and defend yourself against criminals in low and high places. Wow. Yeah. Hmm. So according to a new report from Politico, I'm reading from an article here, this conspiracy to leverage a Foreign Sovereign, a foreign sovereign country, that is to undermine an American constitutional right has become more formalized in recent days, with the creation of a new advocacy group named Global Action on Gun Violence. Okay, let the implications of that sink in to see this is not just people in America trying to disarm their fellow citizens. This is a worldwide operation, trying to disarm everybody in the world. Now you got to ask yourself, why? Well, again, why would anybody want you disarmed unless they want you weaker than them? Yeah, this is a global initiative, people. That's what this really is. This is a global initiative. And us hard headed conservative Americans here in America, we're the last line of defense, literally, throughout the entire world. If you really think about it, we are the hard heads that refused to turn in our guns. So now these people are going to such lengths as to actually declare themselves, or, have themselves declared as foreign agents in order to continue to try to use Mexico in our courts to undermine our rights.

"Back in August 2021, the Mexican government filed a lawsuit in the US District Court of Massachusetts against the most prominent us gun manufacturers alleging that these heavily regulated businesses were somehow responsible for Mexico's violent crime problem", and that's absolutely laughable!"The suit was the international version of a domestic gun control strategy from the 1990s when anti-gun jurisdictions and avaricious plaintiffs attorneys teamed up in an effort to bankrupt the US firearms industry by holding companies accountable for the third party criminal misuse of their products". And if you remember, that was pretty much instigated by the Bill Clinton administration, Janet Reno in particular. Okay. Back to the article: "This wild departure from long established tort law eventually necessitated Congress enacting the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act"(you've heard me reference that many times) "the PLCAA, and in an attempt to get around to PLCAA the Mexican suit argued that the US federal courts should ignore both US law and the Second Amendment and instead rule against the gun companies under the laws of Mexico. Some observers will find it ironic that Mexico has sought to exert sovereignty over foreign businesses in this matter when the Mexican government has failed to exercise sovereignty over its own purported territory. A 2020 Washington Post items stated in a classified study produced in 2018, but not previously reported, CIA analyst concluded that drug trafficking groups had gained effective control over about 20% of Mexico. According to several current and former US officials. The Mexico suit was filed with the help of handgun prohibition groups like Brady(formerly Handgun Control, Incorporated, and specifically longtime Brady counsel, Jonathan Lowy", L-O-W-Y. Why, well, it was Mr. Lowey that recently filed for status as a foreign agent. Yes, with the Brady group. Remember it was Brady who was very instrumental, well over a year ago, well over almost a year and a half ago, in goading Mexico into bringing this suit. I think there was major collusion here with this foreign government to act in tandem against our rights and against our supreme law, people. That is an act of treason, that is giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Not only that, that is a direct assault upon our Second Amendment right. In so doing, they are assaulting the security of the Free State by assailing the well regulated militia, because there's no way to have a well regulated militia unless the right of the people to keep and bear arms is not infringed. Every gun control law then, if you really think about it, is an act of treason. Well, much more. So now that the Brady group has tried to use a foreign government to go after our rights, that is sickening. This Mr. Lowy, he needs to be in prison. And I got a funny feeling that might be why he preempted this by registering as a foreign agent. I think he kind of read the tea leaves and knew that we were going to be coming after him in that regard. He knows people like to weigh in the Second Amendment Coali.... Second Amendment. What should I say? I can't remember them all. I'm too wound up, and also the Firearms Policy Coalition, oh yeah, the Second Amendment foundation I'm sorry. They know these guys are savvy. They know they've got good political clout. They know they've got good legal clout, and they know they've got a lot of money behind it because people like you and me keep them funded, as we should. Okay. So he's kind of foreseen things like, "hey, you know, they might come after me for this with criminal charges. I'm gonna go ahead and register as a foreign agent". Smart move. Scumbag. The article continues. "Sadly, the anti gun radicals at Brady weren't the only Americans to corrupt to collaborate with the Mexican regime". Now people listen to this. Listen to this. Listen on purpose. I want you to know the names of these scumbags and what I'm about to tell you about some of them. You already know their names, because more than a dozen states, including the along with the District of Columbia, Washington, DC, our seat of government, Which states? Oh, this this won't be a shocker at all. You,... here, here's the list again. Massachusetts, California, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York and Oregon, all joined in on this to attempt to sue gun manufacturers with the express intention (I don't care what they say otherwise) of bankrupting them to where they can no longer produce weapons. They are trying to dry up our source of arms. I've told you that that's what they're doing, before. This is exactly what they're doing. And they were they're going to such lengths now as to register as foreign agents and to file amicus briefs. Now, also, there were some other signees,.. signers on those these amicus briefs. And the list includes district attorneys like Chesa Boudin, you know, that is right. The San Francisco DA who's letting criminals run free, letting people crap in the streets, letting junkies shoot up anywhere they want to leave their needles laying around to infect people who step on him. Yep, same person. Kim Fox, who would that be? Well, she's the DA for Cook County. That would be Chicago, Illinois. Also someone who is very active in letting criminals run free, turning them out on their own recognizance. Letting them commit violent felonies and then not even holding them or charging them bail. George Gascon. Yeah, Los Angeles. You know that scumbag? Right? Yeah. And Larry Krasner of Philadelphia. Any of those names ring bells, huh? Yep. They're all anti-cop. They're pro-defund the police. And they're anti gun. They're anti Second Amendment. They're anti constitution, and they're anti law and order. They are purposely allowing violent people to run free on our streets, causing chaos, disruption, and confusion and anarchy on our streets. People, that also is an act of treason. They're doing it on purpose. Hmm."Of course", as the article continues, "sanity prevailed on September 30, when you US District Court Judge F Dennis Saylor the IV dismissed Mexico's lawsuit in its entirety". Good job judge. "In so doing, Saylor cited the PLCAA, and rejected the plaintiff's bizarre Mexican law scheme stating 'this court does not have the authority to ignore an act of Congress. Nor is it a proper nor is its proper role to devise stratagems to avoid statutory commands even where the allegations of the complaint may evoke a sympathetic response'. And of course, Mexico said, Well, we're going to appeal that decision". Go ahead and do that. Go ahead. Hopefully, we'll get another sensible judge like Mr. Saylor. Now, this political piece also talked about the new group, the global action on gun violence, and how it intends to target the firearms industry on behalf of other foreign governments. Noting that even though it has not yet been formally launched, they intend to represent foreign governments or other governments rally against the gun industry here in America via lobbying and litigation. Now, why are they not going after gun manufacturers in other countries? Well, I think they will be soon. I thought they'd be going after Glock in Austria and B&T in Switzerland and other famous gun makers, CZ and Czechoslovakia and so on. So this is something to keep our eyes on people. These people are absolute scumbags. And they have no problem prostituting themselves out to foreign governments in an attempt to undermine your right and my right to keep and bear arms. Mr. Kelly is willing to play both sides and is indeed playing both sides. And it was very interesting. You can find that at Breitbart. The the headline is "Paid Mark Kelly staffer seeing on video admitting to deceiving voters and claiming well, he has to play both sides". Well, that's what these people do. They are duplicitous, as the day is long. Just like Gabby Giffords. She is very duplicitous. So these two birds of a feather obviously, are naturally, naturally flocking together because they're a perfect match for each other. Okay. Now, just to wrap all this up, have you been keeping an eye on New York? Because that is quite a battleground. It is just ridiculous. What's going back and forth there and the insanity coming out of the mouths of Governor Hochul and also state Attorney, State Attorney General (I'm sorry) Letitia James. Now. This article from the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, I found a state Attorney law. State Attorney General Letitia James is literally predicting in a legal brief that because of a recent victory by gun rights groups against the government of New York, she is afraid that the state can become mired in"regulatory chaos".(Sarcastically) Oh no! She's worried that if a federal court decision knocking out key sections of their new gun control law is not challenged, she is afraid that regulatory chaos will ensue. (The article continues) "James, responding to last week's bombshell ruling by the US District Judge Glen suitabIe, filed a motion aimed at keeping the concealed carry Improvement Act in effect." That is such a laughable, ironic name for the law that they passed. It doesn't improve concealed carry or anything, but it curtailed it heavily by creating, as you know, multiple gun free zones or sensitive areas. Back to the article. "The measure was hurried through the legislature on July 1 with Governor Kathy Hochul (a Democrat) maintaining that it was crucial to impose these new restrictions on pistol permits to avoid Wild West behavior by those possessing firearms." Yes, so all of these New Yorkers who have been keeping the law and abiding by the law in spite of the fact they knew it (the law) was illegal, and it was nothing but a pile of infringement, they still, in order to maintain peace with their own government and to keep from being locked up at gunpoint, still abode by illegal infringements known as the Concealed Carry Improvement Act. So, what you're saying, Governor Hochul, is that if these people are allowed to have any more of their freedom back, they're not going to be able to handle it. They're gonna go crazy and just line up and start shooting at each other in Wild West fashion. Why, by golly, the gunshots are gonna sound like popcorn in that big popcorn machine at the movie theater! Yes, wild west days indeed! All of these formally law abiding people will turn into gunslinging bandits! They're going to line up outside those movie theaters with their giant popcorn machines, and wait for them to come out and start shooting people just because"Hey, we feel like we can now that some of our freedom has been given back!" Does that sound ridiculous? Well, it IS ridiculous. My word! Back to the article. "The Legal Brief from the Attorney General states the serious risk of irreparable harm to public safety and the possibility of regulatory chaos necessitates an immediate appeal." What what sort of regulatory chaos? What can be more chaotic than what you have in place already? Where you are demanding people prove that they are of good moral character by turning over passwords to three years worth of their social media accounts? And also turn in contact info for from three character references who are not your family? What can be more regulatory chaotic than that? Huh? Yeah, you people are absolutely bonkers. You are crazier than a sprayed roach. My goodness.... "irreparable harm to public safety if people are allowed to freely exercise their rights". What is wrong with you people? Wow. The article continues."Suddaby's order found fault with the legislation's ban on the carrying of firearms into(quote), sensitive areas in quote, including parks libraries, Times Square, zoos, playgrounds and public transit systems. The judge also took issue with the legislation's requirement that pistol permit applicants turn over their social media account information to authorities disclosed contact information for household members and demonstrate they are a good moral character." Wasn't just household members it was non household members too. Yes."James's reply to the ruling argued it undermines the state's efforts to fortify public safety". What efforts would that be? Please explain what efforts that would be when you are turning out criminals without even charging them bail. Violent people are being arrested only to be turned out so they can go do it again. Some of these people are arrested four times in a day. It's already been happening. Tell me about your'fortification of public safety efforts.' Uh huh. Yes, she said suggesting the abundance of guns in society, even those in the possession of law abiding pistol permit holders contributes to the danger factor. "She said, as the data confirms more guns carried in more places by more people results in more crime, violence and homicide." What data, lady" The data you crapped out of your backside? You can't find that data anywhere. Unless it's from some from some skewed study. I'm sure there's one out there you can find that'll help bolster your assertions. But how is it that you can claim that? Well, I tell you one thing, one thing that definitely lends to more violent crime and more violence, more homicide, is turning violent criminals back out on the street, which is what you're doing presently to the people of New York. And you're saying that those people that are innocent people, that are law abiding people. that they should not be allowed to defend themselves against the people that you are inflicting upon them. Lady, you should be in jail. Yes, that's exactly where you should be, you should be in jail. So the law has been challenged by the same New York Rifle and Pistol Association that won the Bruin decision. This led by Tom King of Rennes Rin saleor. Counting, King said his group I'm reading from the article challenges. Oh, I'm sorry, his group's challenge is even more comprehensive than the litigation advanced by GOA against the suit. He said against the law, I'm sorry, against the ILLEGAL law. "He said while the Second Circuit Court of Appeals will likely side with the state against gun rights advocates. The matter will eventually once again go to the Supreme Court, which on May 23, declared New York's earlier concealed carry rules were unconstitutional. King stated this is not going to end." In other words, we're going to keep pounding on the anvil until we get a correct ruling. In other words, Governor Hochul and Letitia James, you're not going to win. Uh huh. You're not going to win, you can write the new measures and the new laws that impose even more restrictions on all the lawful gun owners there in New York if you want, but they're going to be shot down because they violate not only the supreme law of the land, but also the recent Bruen decision that upheld the supreme law of the land. Good. You guys keep hammering away on these idiots. Because right now, that's the only that's the only peaceful resolution that we have. I pray to God that it is so that it is solved peacefully, that we finally beat these idiots back into submission. All of these gun control cartels, all of these communists, operatives sitting in Judges, I'm sorry, in governors mansions, or in attorneys General's Offices. All of these people who are doing their damnedest to wreak havoc upon America cause chaos on American streets by turning criminals back out on it, but all while also disarming the general public, the law abiding people. Yeah, hopefully we can beat these people into submission. But as long as we've got them doing idiotic things like registering as foreign agents for foreign governments trying to circumvent American law so they can attack our rights. I tell you what, these people are audacious as the day is long never, never forget that. Communists are indeed an audacious bunch. That's one thing I gave former President Obama credit for. He was audacious little communists. That's for sure. He had honies almost as big as Michelle. Oh, maybe I shouldn't have said that.
